HAND COLOURING ON DAVID-TC WITH PRIMALOFT® INSULATION TECHNOLOGY: Half-zip hooded vest in David-TC. Beginning with a star-shaped Japanese polyester/polyamide substrate, garments in David-TC are sewn and then simultaneously garment dyed and treated with an anti-drop agent. During the dye process, under pressure at 130°C, the fabric undergoes heat-induced compression, radically transforming its hand and body. The finished garment is treated manually with colour spots, with pigments engineered for polyester bases, treated with a fixer and then washed. Each garment is unique and unrepeatable. The garment is padded with a PrimaLoft® layer, an exclusive blend of ultra-thin fibres providing exceptional insulating capacity. PrimaLoft® is developed to stay drier even when wet. It delivers the highest warmth-to-weight ratio of all synthetic insulations.
